SHIPPING QUESTIONS
// How will my order be shipped?
MiamiDolphinsStore.com offers reliable UPS shipping. We use UPS to ship Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day and International. We have flat rates for all of our shipping, that way no matter how much you order, it’s the same cost. UPS allows us to have all of our packages insured and tracked for your convenience. We are currently unable to ship internationally; as soon as we are able there will be information on our site!
// Does UPS deliver on the weekends?
No, UPS only delivers Monday Through Friday.
// What days are UPS holidays?

// Do I need to sign for my package?
Generally it is up to the UPS driver’s discretion whether to leave a package at a location or not. If you need a signature on your package please write that in your customer notes.
// Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and will need a physical address to ship to.
// Can you ship to APO addresses?
Currently we are unable to ship to APO addresses but are working on integrating that into our site. Check back for more information.
// When can I expect my order?
All of our orders are shipped out of the Sun Life Stadium store. We require 2-3 business days of processing time. Once your order has been shipped, depending on your ship to location a ground package can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to get within the continental United States.
If you select Express Shipping of 2nd Day or Next Day, your order is processed as soon as possible, express ordered must be placed by 11am to go out that day.

ORDER PROCESSING
// Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make changes to it. Please try contacting us at CustomerService@MiamiDolphinsStore.com and we will help you to the best of our ability.
// Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been submitted we are unable to cancel orders. Please try contacting us at CustomerService@MiamiDolphinsStore.com and we will help you to the best of our ability
// Are the items I ordered definitely in stock?
We do share our inventory with the retail store location at Sun Life Stadium, we will try to make sure that all orders are fulfilled completely, but there may be rare cases where and item is oversold. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible to give you alternate options for your order. We will hold your order until we hear from you about how you would like to proceed with the order.
// Do you accept backorders?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept backorders, our products can sometimes be very limited and will not always be restocked within an appropriate time frame.

// What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
// Do you accept returns?
Yes we do, If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of the original order. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you incorrectly or arrived damaged please contact us immediately so that we can better assist you with this issue. Please allow up to 14 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns or exchanges.
When sending items back, please include the following information:
- Name
- address
- original order number (if available)
- contact information such as email or phone
- A note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return/exchange along with the action you would like for us to take
For exchanges there is a $5 fee, which covers the cost of shipping the items back to you. Please include either a money order or your credit card number for this and any additional charges. Please make all payments to: CenterPlate. If you do not include payment, we will contact you for your credit card information.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when shipped back to us. It is recommended that you insure and track your packages. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request for any reason, we will contact you to discuss alternate options.
If you need this item for a specific occasion we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and then just send back the unwanted item to us for a credit to your account so that you get your item in time.
